We launched a curriculum of classes to help educate our clients about their purchase decisions. This past week, we had the privilege of being invited to the New York headquarters of TripAdvisor and host a lunch and learn for employees. We went through the apartment purchase process in NYC and helped individuals get started with their wish lists. We know that buying an apartment can be labor intensive and stressful. However, if well prepared, it can also be enjoyable.
